Streetz Fest 2026: A Celebration of Dance, Culture and Community

 

On 11th July 2026, we welcomed over 400 attendees to our annual Streetz Fest, bringing the local community together for a vibrant summer celebration of dance, music and culture.

 

The festival showcased the incredible talent of our young people and local performers, alongside interactive workshops, family friendly activities and a variety of cultural food and entertainment. Streetz Fest continues to be a highlight of the year, celebrating true creativity, diversity and the power of bringing communities together through dance. 

 

The lordship recreation stage was alive with inspiring performances throughout the day, featuring a high energy performance from local rapper Shocka. Alongside this we had  showcases from Streetz Ahead’s elite dance group GGOATS, Haringey Shed, E Squad and many more talented performers. Each performance showcased the passion, confidence and creativity that dance helps young people develop. 

Attendees also had the opportunity to get involved in a range of exciting activities such as roller skating offered by Roller Nation, zumba, salsa and even step aerobics! The festival brought together all ages and cultures, encouraging everyone to try something new and celebrate movement together. 

 

A huge thank you to everyone who performed, attended, volunteered and supported the event. Community support means the world to us, and we are proud to continue creating opportunities for young people and the wider community to come together, express themselves and shine through dance.
