Actively Listening Podcast at Chocolate Factory Wood Green

Streetz Ahead’s Elizabeth Lahav and Will recently took part in their very first podcast, Actively Listening, hosted by Tony Mahama at Chocolate Factory Wood Green.

The podcast creates a safe and open space to discuss the challenges families can face, explored through the honest and relatable perspectives of a mother and an adult son. Through conversation, humour, and real-life experiences, the podcast encourages understanding, communication, and stronger family relationships.

This week’s discussion focused on everyday family topics that many people can relate to — including the importance of knocking on the door before entering a room, and the classic debate around grandparents spoiling their grandchildren! The conversation highlighted how different generations can view boundaries, parenting, and family dynamics in very different ways.
