Ferry Lane Dance Giants Take the Stage with Confidence

At Streetz Ahead, we love seeing our Dance Giants shine—and that’s exactly what happened at Ferry Lane Primary School’s recent assembly!

Our Dance Giants team, led by our talented dance teacher Stav and supported by mentors Teyhanna and Sophia, delivered an energetic performance after weeks of hard work and practice. The children demonstrated not only their commitment but also their newfound confidence, impressing the entire school with their skills.

The routine showcased everything they had been learning, and the energy in the room was electric! A real highlight was the freestyle section, where the children stunned everyone with their creativity, showing off flips, cartwheels, and impressive moves that earned cheers and applause.

Stav and Teyhanna also took the lead in running the assembly, explaining what Dance Giants is all about—sharing how this programme builds skills, confidence, and community through dance. As part of the presentation, they showed the Ferry Lane Dance Giants video, complete with interviews conducted with the children. This video was professionally filmed, and it was an exciting moment for the children to see themselves showcased on the big screen.

It was a fantastic day of celebration and achievement for Ferry Lane Primary School’s Dance Giants. A huge well done to all the children who worked so hard to perfect their routine and let their confidence shine through. We can’t wait to see where their dance journeys take them next!
